It's what I've been waiting for!
1 of 1 found this helpful At first, I was skeptical. But, at such an affordable price point, I figured it's worth a try. All the predecessors are big, bulky, metalic and hard to modify as well as expensive. I have a large hand. So, I use the (L ) large backstrap. Which I had to exclude in an effort to feel this out and give it a try. I could also forsee a degree of difficulty stripping a magazine out of it, if I needed to. Those are really the only cons I could find. If Magpul had designed it to work with backstraps, It would have earned a five star rating from me. It's not a giant funnel. It doesn't change how I carry. It's still as comfortable as it was without it. It looks great! And because it's polymer, I was able to dremel it out and fit it for use with my backstrap in just a few minutes. I fed it from all sorts of off angles, trying to force it to fail. It passed every everytime. I would recommend this magwell to anyone considering using a magwell. Easy install! Good design! Great product! Great price point! Every day carry or not, well worth it!

Kicker DX700 MONO Amplifier
The DX (mono)and ZR(2 ch.) series amps from KICKER are ALL I buy to run in my rides. Yes, I've bought others...this gives me the comparison I needed, learning first hand, what I was listening for. The DX and ZR series are referred to as "Cheater" amps. Seriously under-rated, whatever the box says... the birth-sheet inside says it'll do more.
I have seen Arizona summers that literally kill people walking down the street with heat stroke. With the windows up, no tint, parked in the sun, it's 140-150 deg. in the cab. Keep in mind, these bad boys DON'T have a cooling fan. Day after day, hours & hours of this torture, my DX700 performs into the night without fail. Diehard design. Prime-evil power. Supreme clarity. Versatility from cross-over modules that enable crisp highs for the tweeters(TWX)or select a frequency slope tailored to your subs specs(SWX). Not to mention the mid-range (MRX)that can keep up with all that without fading into the background and you've got the best Kicker ever made.
I believe Kicker noticed this when repeat customers/competitors stopped coming back to the dealership simply because, "IF IT AIN'T BROKE.... And these won't, providing PROPER installation/un-installation. I even keep a few replacements. Just in case someone(w/a death-wish)wants mine even more than I do.(Heaven forbid). Honestly,.. I've heard better, but you get WAY more than you pay for with the DX and ZR lines and that truly is a rarity. They really don't make 'em like they used to.
I'm proud to say, I've sworn at other amps, but I'll swear by these.
