Unfortunately when the glass item arrived it was broken, due to Royal Mail, as the seller had packed it well and covered the box with fragile tape and a large 'handle with care' note on the outside of the box. The seller sent me a refund straight away. I would definitely recommend this seller.

This is not a heavy duty item.Better as a backpack than trolley!
For the price being sold this item is very substandard quality and only any good if the backpack is going to be used more than the trolley and if the trolley is going to be used for light carriage. The trolley doesn't hold up well to carrying heavy weight as the wheels will go fast.The telescopic handle is fiddly to push in and out and gets stuck often. If the bag is packed and heavy then the bag will tip forward and not stand up by itself, a big flaw in my opinion and not something that was considered when designing the bag.However the top and side handles are hardy and are the thing I would say is good about the bag.Also as a backpack the bag does a good job although it does look relatively bulky without very little in it.

Could PMA offer the permanent positive change in human behaviour?
This book introduces Progressive Mental Alignment, written by Jacob Korthuis who has developed techniques to create lasting positive change in oneself.
PMA explains why your mind works the way it does scientifically.(according to Korthuis he developed PMA from many years of research) Personally I felt the book was very repetitive, but I guess the author tried to ram home the message. 3/4 of the book explains what goes wrong when the mind creates "bad clusters" which are the cause of negative beliefs etc...Only a quarter of the book actually described the solution which is PMA that can be done by anyone who chooses to put the principles into action or alternatively have sessions with a trained PMA therapist that can help them through it.
I originally read the book because I do belief that how we store memories etc... is linked to physiology, and if you change the physiological response then you can change the context of how the memory etc.. is stored. I am left unsure how scientifically established the contents in the book are, so I look forward to testing it all out and seeing if this book does indeed offer long term permanent positive change for myself.

A complete stunner to be used in or outdoors!
I bought this and painted it in silver and had it up in my lounge. It looked amazing! A friend came by and fell in love with it and offered me a decent amount of money for it ,so I sold it. I bought another one I found exactly the same at a garden centre sale and painted it white and it looks even better than when I painted it silver, and my neighbour saw it and begged me to sell me the item to put in her bedroom. So I sold it again and never got around to replacing it. But it's beautiful with the tea lights lit!
