Well Illustrated with Clear Instructions, a must have.

I've had the Kindle version for years but decided to buy the physical copy since I use it so much. I learned how to make sourdough bread from this book. But, it's more than just a beautiful loaf of bread, the additional recipes are so delicious! I make the stuffed Croque Monsieur Focaccia quite often, a killer recipe in which focaccia is stuffed with ham, cheese, and ricotta. What you can do with leftover starter, my favorite is skillet flatbreads. And the techniques offered like the folding techniques and scoring patterns are clear and helpful. Well illustrated and clear instruction make this a must have.

Classical Stretch Season 10 4 DVD Set

These exercises make me feel better and move better than I did 30 years ago.

Have been exercising with Classical Stretch for about 5 years on PBS. I recorded them to my DVR but I lost the recordings when I switched TV providers. I knew then I better get the DVD so I would always have it. I am 67 years old and following these exercises I feel better and move better than when I was in my 40s. Highly recommend all of Miranda Edmonde White Classical Stretch and Essentrics.
