  This seller was amazingly kind and responsive. Evri just left the parcel outside the door without knocking and it got stolen. I tried to contact Evri in vain for a week and then I contacted the seller who replied immediately and even voluntarily arranged for a full refund, despite not having been refunded by Evri herself yet. It was only a small amount, but you don't often find people so caring.
