Didn’t wirk

Couldn’t even find it on Bluetooth. I know my OBD port works as I’ve got a Mercedes me adapter fitted that works every time. On plugging this in my phone couldn’t even see the device let alone interact with it. 5 lights on the front just look like stick on lights. Opened it up as wasn’t sure there was anything in it but there was a wee circuit board but didn’t seem to do anything.
