    Messaged the seller several times asking if the item had been shipped. They finally responded saying they were in the hospital and had no way of shipping anything. I asked them to please process a refund. They said because they were in the hospital they had no way of doing that. I said the fact that you’re communicating with me through the eBay app is proof that you have the ability to process a refund. Never heard back from them and had to get eBay involved for the refund. STAY FAR AWAY!!
