    The item came in nice, beautiful and pristine but the description was wrong. It was a 2020 device ( SM - P 610 ) advertised as a 2024 release (SM _P620. The seller was not only very responsive throughout the process, he was warm, acknowledged his error and issued me a refund without hassles. I didn't want the older device but the reduced price was something I could deal with. The seller is Someone to do business with.

very nice laptop
Works great. It does have rough battery life and it can get very warm so be careful. It's a great laptop but I would recommend upgrading storage if you know how
