  Arrived broken and the seller immediately challenged my claim to return the item as if the breakage was my fault! Disgraceful behaviour when seller should have accepted responsibility, as the mug was merely wrapped in bubble wrap and the outer packaging was a polythene bag and sent with Evri. It was inevitable that it would not survive and I could feel the breakage inside the package before I opened it. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
