  Item not as described, seller refunded but didn't send a return label for me to return the item. Three weeks later she sent me a condescending letter stating 'no further action will be taken if you return the dress" suggesting she was going to take action against me if I didn't send it back. She also stated that she could visit my home as she lived quite close. All in all an extremely negative buying experience!

  Did not fit description. Coat arrived with stain on sleeve and dirty marks down the front. When contacted I was accused of causing them myself, despite sending pics. Refund was arranged but seller did not send returns label for me to return the item. Not a good experience.
