  Had to give myself a day or two to calm down after receiving my laptop. Pro: seller was responsive and shipped out early when I messaged them. Item was packaged well. HOWEVER. Turned the computer on and received a blinking file folder icon. IT WOULD NOT BOOT UP. Luckily, I had the tools to open the back panel (which had screws missing) and discovered that the SSD stick was loose. I also took the time to dust. 🙄 Since then, laptop has worked fine for my needs.
