Easy and eficient
1 of 1 found this helpful For swimming goggles spray inside and outside the lenses. Efficient anti-fog and easy to apply. Last for a while but it can be washed away so try not to get water in the goggles.

Several suggestions
It's a good book with several suggestions of class activities. I did not have the time to go over most of it but as far as I could see it was all right.

Great for water sports
I've been using Jaws Quick Spit for a while and I have to say that I'm pleased with the results. It's great for swimming but I have no experience with dry goggles (snow and protection goggles). However, it requires re-application if you get water inside the goggles (the water washes off the protection).
