Dreadful
1 of 1 found this helpful The kettle is very heavy empty then when it’s filled more so which is dangerous with boiling water. The paint on the kettle melts and blisters again dangerous. My kettle leaks and blows my electric.
Utter disgrace for this price point.
My mother has exactly the same problem with hers.
Very very disappointed. I see a lot of people selling these second hand with similar faults.
Smeg needs to be accountable for this as it’s dangerous.
Do not buy.
These are nearly as bad as allesi kettles.
Design is beautiful and pretty colour.

Really heavy and doesn’t last
For the price this is ludicrous. Excellent design. Mum and I got one each both broken 😡
