Definitely worth viewing more than once!
All I can say about this is that you MUST watch this more than once to fully understand it. I read the book first, and was totally hooked. Watched the movie about 15 times and I'm still learning from it. I basically followed the directions on the back of the box, (so to speak), and I can't tell you all the good things that started to happen in my life since then. It really works if you let it. It makes total sense and it's very easy to do. Just do it! You won't be sorry!

Exceptional product!
I have extremely long, thick, coarse hair. I just put a dime sized amount in the palm of my hand, rub my hands together a bit and smooth it all over my hair. The smell is great, it helps calm the frizz and it makes my hair very shiny. It's much easier to comb through when wet and the scent lasts for several days. I love this product!
