A++++ Seller they gave me a great price and shipped it immediately and communicated friendly. Shipping took a short time and when it arrived it was packaged thoughtfully. It even came with a little stand. The crystal is beautiful and exactly as described. I definitely recommend this seller to anyone who wants quality crystals at a great price.

Mindfulness for Teens in 10 Minutes a Day: Exercises to Feel Calm, Stay Focused
01 Aug, 2022
just awful in so many ways
I have studied with yogis in India; what the author calls the "yoga breath" does NOT exist; there is no breath with a ratio of 4:7:8 used in yoga. Additionally, breath retention is a practice that carries strong warnings and cautions with it--not something you want your kids playing around with. What the author calls "2+4" breathing (similar to bhastrika) should also not be practiced by kids without the guidance of an experienced guru. I would not consider this a book for "teens". My 11 and 13 year olds thought most of the ideas were "babyish"; pretending to be a sloth, telling yourself you're "as happy as a frog". Other practices fall toward the opposite extreme; such as the breath retention previously mentioned, and instructions a kid is not likely to understand without an explanation of the process, such as "validate your experience" or "stop your thoughts". No further info on how a child is supposed to accomplish these tasks is provided. The author is an example of how a person with a tiny amount of knowledge can be dangerous. She should stick to her marriage therapy practice, and leave the yoga/meditation practices to be taught by the yogis.
