3 of 3 found this helpful The Anova cooker is unreal. Easy to use, its extremely well built, and the food it creates is beyond delicious. I made a 2.5 pound brisket cooked at 135 for 3 days. Pulled it out, smoked it for an hour and was left with one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. So tender and juicy, I have never had brisket like it. If you want to cook restaurant (heck better than restaurant) quality food, you need to buy this device.
