Good but there's a catch.

You have to wear it in before use! The inside is rough finished so you have to fill it with water and grind the surface you are going to use. This takes a couple of hours and it's best to leave the same water in (it becomes a paste). Once this is finished, fill the mortar with a small amount of dry rice and do it again. You should then have a usable mortar and pestle.

Bargain!
Got this at a reduced price, wasn't expecting too much but it turned out to be a great buy. Not the heaviest of canvas but perfect for what I had in mind, well primed too. Very happy.

Good value for money.
The high amount of EPA and DHA means you only need take one a day.
