The best by far.
This book is a real find. It has illustrations all the way through, a step by step guide. Half the book is recipes, the other is information on all types of food, fish, poultry, etc and how to prepare the meat before cookery begins. It explains about spices, oils , what and when to use. I have got lots of cookery books but this tops them. Great if u are beginning to study to be in the catering sector, or if u just need a bit of info.
