    Purchased a Brand new item as description states. Seller contacted me stating they opened the box to test the item and the item was defective. Something does not seem right. Don’t waste your time with this seller..

    As a contractor of 27 years, sometimes items are defective from the manufacturer. Which when we discovered this, we contacted our representative for a replacement. Due to the nature of you needing this within 2-days for a project, which we offered to cover expedited shipping for, we could not guarantee a replacement in time, and we refunded immediately. For "something not seeming right" we are not sure what we would gain from this situation.

    The seller sells used stuff as new. Don't waste your time like I did. I now look bad in front of my customer. And I've wasted everybody's time along with my installers. I asked before I bought. The seller is not honest.
