Walkactive: Best for overall fitness and body structure
1 of 1 found this helpful I was lokking for a walking programme that would help me lose weight, get fit and help realign my spine whilst giving me a feminine not manly muscular structure. I have lost quite a few inches in heught sunce my 20's and this programme restores lost height through compacting if the spine from aging. This is just perfect for me. I would definitely recommend. Also no expensive programmes or gym memberships that go by the wayside. Just nature, fresh air, fitness and time to think.

Comfy Rollers Great Hair Great Nights Sleep
I bought these sleep in rollers as I have relaxed long hair that I don't like to wear dead straight. I like a little body and shape in my do. If I sleep with my hair clipped up it just ends up dry and arrow straight. But sleeping in regular wired rollers makes for a poor nights sleep. I bought the Scruffy Little Cat Rollers for a long weekend away thinking they would be comfortable and allowed in my cabin case as there are no hair pins needed. I am happy to say that they are as light as a feather, soft, easy to sleep in and they don't pull strands of hair out like other grip rollers. I actually did not have to blow style my hair in the morning as with normal rollers but could just brush and comb my hair in to style. Did not really have to add any hair polisher, if I did it was only about a 2 pence piece worth for a whole head of long hair. I would definitely recommend. I bought 20 but only needed to use 15 rollers.
