This leaves a consistent energy level for 6-7 hours for me. It just makes me feel normal and that’s enough to workout after work and do things around
This leaves a consistent energy level for 6-7 hours for me. It just makes me feel normal and that’s enough to workout after work and do things around the house. I was taking naps every day I didn’t recover from. Don’t take them too late or you won’t be able to go to sleep.
