Portable, compact, adequately powerful for lawn.
I have a number of Ryobi tools and therefore several batteries.
Hence I was prepared to buy a "bare" unit without batteries and charger at a discount price.
The mower is fairly light, but very easy to manoeuvre without an attached cable.
Cuts cleanly, have only tried it on grass up to approx. 75 mm. max. It required 3 passes to cut it down to approx. 25 mm, but coped with the multiple passes.
On shorter grass cut weekly it copes fine.
The ability to cut right up to edges is somewhat exagerated. It still leaves approx. a 1/2 inch strip against a wall which requires trimming with a strimmer (much better than my previous mower which left 2 - 3 inches.
Handles fold down neatly and easily and stores very compactly.
Bear in mind this is a lawnmower. It would not cope with rough pasture, wildflower or scrubby grass.

Saw fine, original assembly poor
1 of 1 found this helpful Product works fine. After assembly and prior to use the band and the guides had to be disassembled and reassembled in order to operate correctly.
