Great machine
I’ve had other blenders including a blentec. The Vitamix is by far the best blender I’ve ever had. It is undaunted by even large quantities of hard material like coffee beans and dried cracked polypore. It’s amazing, grinding up in seconds which would other wise take hours

Cheaply made product
The rope was very loosely braided and there were frayed and broken parts of the strands
