  Seller was nice enough to refund the item for a review but I can’t be dishonest. I was disappointed that the seller used a padded envelope to ship the furby instead of a box. Then the seller blamed me for them having to pay extra for shipping. Said it weighed more.. But the shipping wasn’t more! It seems they were mad they had to pay for the envelope, as if the envelope or box is supposed to be free with USPS first class, or eBay standard international which is what they had as shipping before.

  Seller left me a review calling me a “Karen”.. you shipped a fragile item in an envelope.. then blamed me for you PAYING for the envelope I didn’t want.. Then you LIED and said it “weighed more on the post office’s scales”.. But wouldn’t answer me when I asked what the cost of shipping was. You justified this by saying you didn’t think it would matter because I planned to open the item. Then told me the photos show “lots of warps” even though the ad itself clearly says “slight wear”.. You lie.
