Excellent upgrade
Purchased it to replace one model down which had stopped working after four years. Cheap to replace and wires in same place so easily fitted.
A few more extra options like setting timer etc.

Will or won’t it fit
It didn’t fit in my ear very well and certainly didn’t bring anything out. I know I have a build up of wax as doctor told me. Got ear ache for two days after using it. Might be good for certain ear shapes but missed the mark on mine. Quality is ok - certainly for the price. Feel it depends on ear shapes whether it works or not.
