Didn’t work for me
Maybe I have a tiny ear canal as I found them painful to wear after a while. Getting hyperbaric oxygen treatment and did not work any better than ordinary sponge earplugs and were more uncomfortable to wear.

Illustrated treasury children’s classics
Great for older children. Bought to read to children age 6 and 8 and had to change some of the words when reading or explain meaning as it was above their level of understanding at times.

Healthy origins probiotic
Have tried other probiotics in the past and cheaper versions since. Have decided that these definitely work for my system so have returned even though they are not cheap they are worth it. Before taking these I would always get an upset stomach if I had to take any anti inflammatory meds but I was able to take meds 4 times a day without the stomach protection meds alongside at a double dose as I was so poorly with a virus that affected my heart ( not corona virus) with no irritation to my stomach. Every gut is different but I have proven that these work for me !
