  My worst ebay experience. The item they sent to me was not the same as what was listed. The lid was faulty, the vent cap was missing and it arrived in a carton that was falling apart. Initially raised a return but my partner managed to fix the faulty lid and when I messaged them confirming it had been fixed but asked for them to either send the vent cap or give a discount so I could buy another vent cap, they told me to contact ebay.
