Better sleep
I have had my dodos for just over a week. I am still adjusting but find that it really does help me relax and stop my sometimes racing brain. I am falling asleep much faster (sometimes 1 to 2 hours before use). . Now usually 30 minutes plus. Not only does this help regulate breathing it helps me to fully relax. I am very happy that I made this purchase
