Dr. Dean Ornish's Program for Reversing Heart Disease

My husband had open heart surgery, 1 1/2 yrs later 2 of the 3 bypasses had failed. Had 3 stents put in. We had adjusted our diet quite a lot but he still was having problems. Dr. Dean Ornish's program for reversing heart disease and many diseases is just what we needed to turn things around for him and also for me. We have gone vegetarian, which I thought would never happen, but with this book we were convinced. We are buying this book to give to all our friends with heart problems, especially if they want to cut back on all the drugs they're on. Also, the cookbook is wonderful too. Marsha
