Best ever for the Paleo consumers
Started eating Paleo about a year ago and needed to have a book to show me how to cook. This book is it. It will amaze you how many dishes you can make without grains, potatoes and dairy. I was told by my doctor that I have pre diabetes, am overweight and have hi blood pressure. Since cooking Paleo I no longer have any of these. This book will keep you on tract to accomplish your goal whatever that is. For me this is a lifestyle change for the better. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to eat healthy. It will change your world. The recipes have easy to follow instructions and a lot of mouth watering pictures.

Well worth the money
this unit is the best way to get the humidity out of your house, works great but a little noisy.

Should have gotten two as I filled it to the brim with ammo. was able to make more room in the safe for more guns. Lightweight and easy assemble.
Good quality, fits nice on my safe.
