It would have been useful to have been advised of the cancellation when the fault was discovered. However, the seller was very helpful in respect of the refund.

    The diagram showed a pod for a machine wash but when it came it was a pouch for a hand-wash.Did contact seller a few times but he just said it was my fault basically and I had ordered the wrong size.Very misleading,not happy.Did offer to return but that would cost me postage so did not in the end.Very poor service
