    I have used it as antenna support for making a dipole as I am a Ham radio operator soo very happy.
    400g of Smoke Cure mix salt for Bacon or Ham will Dry cure 10Kg of meat!!

    Cure user for pork
    Have used this cure many times as our real butchers are few between where I live, supermarkets cannot do this at all. I think the cure works well with a freshly bought belly of pork about 1 to 1.5 Kg, make sure to rub the cure in well on meat side and skin side. Ito a platic tie bag and fridge it turning once a day. I prefer leaving mine to cure for two weeks. Big fat slices of bacon for breakfast or cut it in half and roast it and serve with potato mash and leeks baked in a cheese sauce. Or boil and use for cold sandwich or ploughmans lunches.
