Great iron for Quilting
The reason I bought this iron was for quilting. I liked the feature of not having to rest it on its heel every time I pressed a seam. Having it lie horizontal with the "hand censored lifting/lowering action'" seemed like a real bonus to me. It is something you have to get used to but not a hard task to do. A negative feature ....... it does not glide as easily as my previous iron on the fabric being pressed and I feel it is a bit overpriced. Not so sure I would buy it again but will certainly enjoy it now I have it.
