Ell this is my fourth defender case from otter box. Though I like them a lot. This one seems to be flaud. The front clear part that covers the screen behaves as if there is air trapped between it and the touch screen making it difficult to use the touchscreen without applying some pressure. So much so I am afraid I may crack or shatter my screen. Just may have to order another. Get what you pay for. We're bound to get unlucky and end up with an otter box defender case that was defective. It is too bad it had to be one for my galaxy note 4. The best phone that I've ever possesed.
