does what it says for me at any rate

Followed the instructions to use 2 or 3 times a day as stated, mainly on my hip ie arthritis for 7 - 10 days. After a week or so the pain decreased, so bought another larger tub and carrying on using it less frequently and as required. Fingers crossed I have benefited from it and this will continue.
