  Didn’t despatch. Then said had. Then when I - as I was throughout - showed the seller the eBay tracking clearly showing hadn’t been despatched just replied think be better issuing refund! Hence the negative feedback. Nor can I recommend this seller. (Thankfully I bought the same item elsewhere from another reputable reliable eBay seller - & as new plus cheaper too! As well as from a charity!)
