  Had the racing track delivered for Xmas gift on assembly found parts missing and broken, contacted seller with photos stating the problem, their reply 'it was all complete and no broken parts and I should raisethe issue with ebay' , which I did and told to return by 27th December . On realising there goes my Xmas gift , I thankfully located replacement parts on ebay that saved my Xmas problem, Do not like to be called a liar, I would definitely not recommend this dealer to anybody.

  I don’t think I could have done anything more than offer a return for an item that was built before sending and fully intact. Buyer requested a refund. Then cancelled my offered and paid for return 🤷‍♀️. Would not recommend this buyer.
