  After a wild goose chase because the seller put the wrong buyer's information on the shipping label, we opened the box to confirm this was in fact our item. Advised seller of the mistake and ensuing fiasco and they apologised. Nice, but a lot of time and energy was wasted on our part. Leaving positive feedback as this was very speedy shipping (through Amazon) and the item was exactly as stated in the auction. One of the better values on eBay had there not been drama.

  I’m giving this 5 star as most people read these and not the 1 stars. So this is a 1 star review. How they received the star rating is beyond me. Didn’t receive, money returned by ebay. Don’t buy from this ebayer hel fob you off until its too late to claim your money back. Ebay should not allow this but they do. 3 weeks he’s had my money and now its too late get another present for my child. And I’m NOT YOUR “MATE” as addressed in the only email received from him.

  Arrived on time and in original packaging but there was a hole in the seam. We stitched it ourselves but when I contacted seller I received an acknowledgement but no further messages. That was well over a week ago. More communication as a courtesy would’ve been appreciated.
