DUKAN THE ONLY WEIGHT "TO GO"
this is the best diet i have ever tried ,i have pcos so really struggle to lose ,since starting this diet 10 days ago i have lost 1st im amazed ,and would recommend it to anyone as long as they dont mind protein because for 10 days thats all i have been able to eat ,never felt hungry and have loads of energy but you must drink plenty of water,if anything the book loses a little through translation from french to english but its the best "diet money "ive ever spent

Without a doubt the worst tumble dryer ive ever used
After 2 days i had to call Beko for a repair the belt was so noisy this was fixed after a week ,the machine itself stops for the filter to be changed ,but there is such a tiny amount of fluff on it , this means it stops after just a couple of minutes , to be fair i bought it as a put me on until my new kitchen is fitted then i will let the scrapman take it buy a quality item this is a waste of money
