Dangerous ferrules,, don't be fooled by the word HEAVY DUTY
1 of 1 found this helpful Dangerous,,,,, 3 wore out in less than half a day, 1 after 200 yard round trip to the postbox, 1 after half an hour walking around Morrisons causing me to fall and bruise my elbow and bum as the stick came through the bottom of the ferrule and then it just lost grip. Obviously my unprotected stick slid on the hard floor and I ended up on my back, and the other one just using around the house this afternoon, the other went in the bin.
Very thin at the base forget the nodules they wear down very quickly outdoors.
I have just fetched the one I threw away out of the bin. I cut it in half and removed the nodules from 1 half carefully to the level of the main rubber to show that it is very thin rubber at the base in the attached photo.
I put a penny next to the half with the removed nodules to give some perspective. Also the rubber is very soft it is not the quality of the rubber you would find on a crutch or stick from a hospital or even sticks at the chemist or disability shop (which is what I expect to get sent when buying something that says Heavy Duty in the title). The middle of the picture shows the ferrule that wore out when walking to the postbox. Hope this helps you to make an informed decision.

Can't go wrong with Classikool
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a good improver certainly as good as anything I have ever used in my professional life. I use lots of classikool ingredients and I can't fault them, look at the photos all were made with at least 1 Classickool ingredient.
