My go to yoga routine book
I’ve been using this book for over 40 years. I moved and it got tossed and had to buy it again. It’s easy yoga and a short routine that does wonders for body and health!

Excellent travel set
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a good quality set of watercolor just the right size for traveling. The brush included is great for small work. I got myself a #6 travel brush which fits in with the original brush.
The only draw back is that the cad red and cad medium red are so close in color, Windsor-Newton should really consider swapping one of those out for another color. I'm thoroughly enjoying making my own postcards!
