  the seller alerted me that there was an issue with the delivery, worked hard to resolve the issue and kept me informed throughout. When the issue could not be resolved the seller immediately processed a refund without me having to request it. it's a shame not to have the book but can't fault the seller who was great - thank you, Mike!
