The cookbook uses alternatives to white sugar-excellent
I used this cookbook in the past and wanted to get back to some of the recipes I remembered. The recipes are excellent and innovative and there are lots of ways to make desserts without white sugar or white flour. Only dislike might be the format or size, I prefer standard size, not "letterbox".
