  Very poorly packed . One model arrived without 1 rear wheel and no front blade. These two parts are clearly seen in photos

  I'm sorry you were disappointed with your buy. The models were as carefully padded with a large amount of packing paper as I could manage inside the cardboard box. The one model in a blister pack (with a dozer blade) was especially carefully wrapped. All were packed entirely as featured on the photos so my guess is the "missing" parts could be in the scrunched up paper padding.
