This little gadget is brilliant
Bought it for spare bedroom TV that did not have aerial. I too was a bit sceptical, however this little gadget is brilliant. Attached the magnet to the TV shelf, tuned it in and that was it! Has picked up all the channels that we have on our main tv and the picture is sharp and clear. We have just bought another one for our holiday home.

Great little book
Great little book that explains Mindfulness in layman's terms. An easy read with excellent metaphors.
I am a Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher and use it in my work.

Keeps curls in place for days
This product keeps my curls in place for days. Although my hair is thick it is quite fine - the gel is quite gloopy so I mix it in the palm of my hand with a little jojoba oil before applying
