  I ordered this book on 2/08 paying for 48Hr Tracking. The item didn't come so I opened a case, they admitted to not having put my flat number on the address, + asked me to wait as delivery could take 15 days. I asked for the tracking number and they did not have it, and then said the flat number had been put on afterall. Before my wait was up they told eBay I was lying about it not arriving and asked them to close the case. Ebay found in my favour. Erratic and unreliable service.
