  The product was as described. It did make it before Christmas, but it took about 2 weeks before being shipped. The seller had automatic email responses that did not expedite the process. I understand they were probably waiting until they had enough orders to take it to the PO, but don't have an automated email that says, "we'll send another one," knowing that the items were never shipped in the first place.
