  Contacted the seller thought a function of the product I purchased isn’t working. The seller offered options to resolve without any delay which I eventually don’t need, however much appreciated the seller is taking things on.   Item as described and arrived quickly. I had read some reviews and was aware that there would be a lot of buttons - if you follow the guide it's all pretty easy to follow. My only issue is that once you stop the alarm the light goes off, so you have to quickly press the light button to keep the light on. (my old one, different brand just had the light stay on after turning the alarm off.) But of it's price it is very good value.
