  The items arrived on time. I purchased all four of the Lanarte Four Seasons counted cross stitch series. They are in great condition representing good value for money inclusive of postage and packing. The seller and I had good communication over the cost of one of the items and a reduction in the postage by packing them together. All together a very satisfactory experience.   Ich dachte, ich kaufe eine Fixpackung, aber es wurde alles selbst zusammengestellt. Es ist alles gemäß den Angaben auf dem Zählmuster vorhanden, allerdings habe ich den beigelegten Aida-Stoff gegen Leinen ausgetauscht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und freue mich, dieses selten gewordene Muster sticken zu können. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, es gerahmt zu sehen.   I bought a rare embroidery kit from the seller for a nice price, I was very happy, it was my dream. The seller promptly provided a tracking number, but the goods (according to the system) were never sent. I waited two weeks for the goods to be sent. I contacted the carrier, they did not receive the goods. The seller made no effort to find the item. The seller returned the money immediately, as soon as I opened a claim.

  This item was posted the same day as purchase. I refunded the buyer after they messaged, and checking the tracking number wasn't registering the item so I feel that this feedback is unfair. The carrier didn't register the tracking of the item, which is not my fault - the buyer received an immediate full refund, whereas I've lost the sale, and the item.
