Awesome large venue speaker
I love peavey products because they are durable workhorses! And i love these speakers,... but they really shine when used in very large spaces, at the top of the stack, or outdoors. In small to medium sized venues the highs sound a bit harsh and brassy. They sound best when they are playing loud and you are standing 100+ feet away. But that being said, i drive em hard and haven’t had one fail yet.

Clean, tight, loud!
These are 4 ohm subs. I am running them parallel (8ohm), on a peavey pv-3800 Amp. Running the amp bridged (at 8 ohm speaker load) which puts out 2650 wats. Cut off at 100hz. They rock so hard i broke a window at about 20% on the amp. Took them outside and cranked it up to a little over 50% and could still “feel” the beat 200yards away. The police were so impressed, they only gave me a warning...
