Mmm Not sure

Well I have been taking this product for approx 3 weeks now. I noticed within the first week that I was slimming down and felt all together, much more healthier and slimmer. However in the last week it has come to a hault and I have not noticed any changes.. This may be down to me consuming on average of 4 take aways over the bank holiday, and two mcdonalds in one day. So I cant really make much of a judgement. Maybe I should have just saved my money and resist eating complete rubbish as its not doing me any favours for my behind. Maybe I should have just payed someone to take my credit card from me so I can resist going to any drivethroughs. OH LORD help
